"After"
Well, I was able to get one picture before my camera battery died. I love how my new room looks. So different from the "before" picture. The nightstands were spraypainted with Rustoleum's Heirloom white and then slightly glazed and distressed. The paint on the walls is Benjamin Moore's Gossamer Blue. I cheated though and had it color matched at Home Depot in their Behr paint. I still need to sew up some new curtains. I also have a chair that I want to slipcover... but we are off to a good start.

I love the new fresh look, very serene:) Looks great!
I think your room looks great either way. This is a case where the before and the after are wonderful, but I do understand change and how it makes you feel.
Your bedroom is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
Great use of colors...warmth combined with the cool. Stopping over from Just a Girl!

Love that blue. I am contemplating change too, from the same colors to those same colors, but because we may be moving, I have not tackled it yet. Coming from Show & Share.
It looks great. I also think your before was fantastic, but change is a fun thing to do. I love all your new touches. :)
I love the blue! I want to do my master in blue and chocolate brown. I can't wait to see the finished product!
I have to admit--you had a pretty nice "before". :) However, the AFTER is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!
I love the new color! You had asked about the American flag hanging over my fireplace, it came from Homegoods or Marshalls a couple of yrs ago, thanks for stopping by and sorry it took me so long to get back to ya, I was out of town (;
Melissa, Your home is looking amazing. I love what you have done with it. Your bedroom is beautiful and the staircase is amazing. I want to something similar to mine.
Stopping by from the Texas Bloggers. Your new bedroom looks amazing! Relaxing and peaceful vibes!
That gossamer blue is like the color I've always wanted to paint my bedroom. It looks absolutely gorgeous! Very serene.
